We print everything ourselves in Winter Springs. So when you need something quickly, or there is a problem with a file, or a job came up twenty transfers short, or an order landed that is bigger than you can handle internally, you are dealing with the people actually running the machine.
Being close changes what is possible. You can collect an order instead of waiting on shipping, and for the right job we can bring it to you. If something is urgent, we are owner operated, and the equipment can keep running past a normal shift. If something goes wrong, we are here to fix it, rather than asking you to wait on another package crossing the country.
We run our own brands out of this same shop, so we understand why that matters. Sometimes you plan five hundred transfers weeks ahead. Sometimes you need thirty more today because somebody miscounted. We want to be the shop you can call for both.

Production runs on an STS XPD-924D, a 24 inch dual head DTF printer, paired with an STS S-20 shaker and curing oven.
That pairing means printing, powder, curing and take up run as one continuous process instead of a series of manual steps. Rated output is 145 square feet an hour in four pass production mode, and up to 188 in three pass. Real throughput depends on the artwork, the print mode and what else is in the queue.
Alongside the DTF line there is manual screen printing equipment and in house graphic design and prepress, which is useful when a customer file needs work before it can print.
Nothing gets forwarded to a third party producer. It is printed, cured and checked here.
