For screen printers, embroidery shops and apparel brands
DTF production for shops that already have the work
You have the orders. We have the printer running. Primo prints DTF transfers in Winter Springs, Florida, near Orlando, ships them with nothing of ours on the package, and keeps your artwork on file so the reorder takes one click.
No minimums. Not on the first order, not on the fiftieth.
Printed in house on a 24 inch dual head production printer. Nothing is forwarded to a third party.

Speed figures are the manufacturer's rated output for this machine. Real throughput depends on the artwork, the print mode, material changes and what else is in the queue that day.
Who this is for
Built for shops that print for other people
Most of what leaves here goes to businesses that already have customers waiting on it.
Screen printers
Runs too small to justify setting up screens. Add ons to a job already on the press. Overflow when your schedule is full and the order still has to go out.
Embroidery shops
Names, numbers and detailed logos that stitch badly or eat your thread budget. Full color artwork without a digitizing charge attached to it.
Apparel brands
Short runs and prototypes without committing to inventory. Then the same artwork at volume once a design proves it can sell.
Online sellers
Etsy, Shopify, wherever you list. Print to order and keep your working capital out of blank stock you are guessing on.
What you get
The parts that matter to a trade account
Ships with no branding of ours
Nothing on the package says Primo. It arrives looking like it came from you, which as far as your customer is concerned it did.
Blind shipping on every order
Your artwork stays on file
Every file you send stays in your account. Reordering a design from four months ago does not mean digging back through your email to find it.
Reorder without resending
Large orders get priority
Big trade jobs move up the production schedule ahead of general orders. If you are working to a deadline, say so when you place it.

How it works
Four steps, and one of them is optional
Send the artwork
Lay it out in the gang sheet builder, or upload a sheet you have already arranged. If there is a problem with the file we will tell you before it prints, not after.
We print it here
It runs on our own equipment in Winter Springs. Printed, powdered, cured and checked as one continuous process.
It ships unbranded
Most orders ship within one business day. Rush is available at checkout for $25 and moves your order ahead of everything else in the queue.
Reorder from your account
Your files are still there. For standing repeat orders at volume, deal with Bob directly instead of going back through the site every time.
What you can order
Three ways to send us a job
Gang sheets
Fill a 22 inch wide sheet with as many designs as you can fit. Best price per transfer by a distance. Build it in the browser or upload one you laid out yourself.

Single transfers
One design, pick a size, done. Seven set sizes running from a 4 by 2 inch hat transfer up to a 14 by 16 inch jumbo front.
Order by size
Rush production
A flat $25 at checkout. Your order jumps ahead of every other order in the queue and ships the same day.

The honest answer
On matching color across reorders
- Inks
- Same supplier every run
- Artwork
- Kept on file
- Minimum order
- None
- Branding on package
- Yours, not ours
We run the same inks from the same manufacturers every time, and we will get as close as the material allows.
That is the honest version. Ink lots vary slightly from batch to batch, and anyone promising a guaranteed perfect match six months later is overselling it.
What we can tell you is that nothing changes on our end between your first order and your fifth. Same printer, same inks, same process, same person checking it before it goes out.
If a job is color critical, say so up front and send a reference with it. We would rather have that conversation before the run than after.
Pricing and accounts
The commercial side
Some of this depends on what you actually run, so it gets set up per shop rather than published as a table.
Trade pricing
There is volume pricing. Where the breaks land depends on what you run in a typical month, so tell us that and we will put real numbers against it.
Terms for regular accounts
Set up case by case for shops ordering consistently. Worth raising when you get in touch rather than assuming either way.
Local drop off
For larger trade orders around Central Florida we can bring the order to you instead of shipping it. Ask if you are nearby.

Primo is also the in house production facility for several independent apparel and skateboard brands.
We deal with the same things you do. Short runs, prototypes, a deadline that moved, artwork that arrived at the wrong resolution, working out whether a design justifies a bigger run. We are on that side of the decision every week with our own product.
Alongside the DTF line there is manual screen printing equipment and in house graphic design and prepress. If a file needs work before it can be printed, that gets handled here rather than bounced back to you.
Twenty five years of production and design experience sits behind all of it.
Tell us what you run in a month
If you print regularly and want real numbers on volume, get in touch and we will work them out with you. If you would rather see the quality first, order a single sheet. There is no minimum stopping you.
