Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because all transfers are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-supplied artwork, ordering errors, sizing mistakes, or changes of mind.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, dimensions, and order details before submitting an order. Primo Transfers is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution files, transparency effects, or artwork submitted incorrectly.
Color Variations
We strive for accurate color reproduction, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Variations may occur due to monitor settings, artwork files, garment colors, and production conditions. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for reasonable color variation.
Application Responsibility
Customers are responsible for testing and determining the appropriate application settings for their equipment, garments, and production environment.
Primo Transfers is not responsible for transfers damaged by improper application, incorrect temperature, pressure, dwell time, peeling technique, or garment incompatibility.
Defects & Production Errors
If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.
If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected transfers or issue a refund for the defective portion of the order at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
