Shipping policy

Production Time

Most orders ship within 1 business day. During periods of high order volume, production may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Carrier & Rates

All orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service level you select.

Transit Time

Once shipped, transit time is determined by the UPS service you select at checkout (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) and is subject to UPS's posted delivery estimates. Primo Transfers is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off to UPS.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in the Orlando, FL area. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. See our Refund Policy for resolution details.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to reshipping fees.
