Frequently Asked Questions
What are DTF transfers?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are full-color heat transfers that can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, and many other garment types using a heat press.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. For best results, artwork should be created at the exact size you intend it to be printed. While we can scale artwork during production, enlarging low-resolution files may reduce print quality. Other file formats may be accepted but may require additional preparation.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. During periods of high order volume, production may take up to 3 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in the Orlando, Florida area.
Do you color match Pantone colors?
We strive for accurate color reproduction but cannot guarantee exact Pantone matches without custom color testing.
Can I order just one transfer?
Yes. There are no minimum order quantities.
What garments can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, blends, performance fabrics, and many other textile applications.
Do I need a heat press?
Yes. A quality heat press is strongly recommended for consistent results. Household irons are not recommended.
Can you check my artwork before printing?
While our system allows customers to upload ready-to-print artwork, we may contact you if we notice an obvious issue with your file.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll review the issue.
